Across All Areas

Standards shared by every service we offer

Personal Data Kept Private

Information shared during a session stays within Kindred Path. We do not share it commercially or with third parties outside your requested service.

Scope Stated Clearly

Every participant receives a written scope summary before beginning. We are clear about what is and is not within the education-only boundary of our work.

Plain Language Throughout

All written materials are reviewed against a plain-language standard. No technical jargon or specialist terms without explanation.

Post-Session Follow-Up

After every in-person session, we send a follow-up email summarising what was covered and pointing to relevant general resources.

Content Reviewed Quarterly

Workshop materials, filing guides, and resource library content are all reviewed and refreshed every quarter to stay current and relevant.

Feedback Welcomed

We ask every participant for written feedback after their session or first month of resource access. This directly shapes how we improve.
