The workshop helped our family start conversations we had been putting off for years. The facilitator kept everything calm and educational — at no point did we feel pushed in any direction. We came away with a clear framework that we still use at home. Worth every baht.

I was not sure what to expect from the paperwork session, but Siriporn was patient and practical. Our documents were in a real mess. By the end of the session we had everything sorted into a system I could actually maintain. My only note is that it went a bit fast at the end — though that may have been our fault for arriving late.

We signed up for the Continued Family Resources after the talk workshop and have been using it for about six weeks. The templates are well thought out and cover situations we had not even considered yet. The quarterly update in April added three new checklists that were immediately useful. Happy to recommend this to any family looking to stay organised.

I appreciated how clearly the scope was explained before the session started. Knowing that it was education only — not advice — actually helped me relax. The reference cards they gave us at the end are still on our kitchen table. Clear, simple, useful.

The paperwork session was much more useful than I expected. I had seen similar services that were vague about what they actually did — Kindred Path was specific from the start. We now have a folder system that the whole family knows how to use. Would book again if we need to refresh things.

We brought three family members to the talk workshop. All three came away with something useful. The numbered stages made it easy to follow even for members of the family who do not usually engage in this kind of session. Very patient facilitator. The follow-up email was a thoughtful touch too.

Family Journeys

A few stories from households we have supported

These are composites drawn from participant feedback, with identifying details removed. They illustrate typical outcomes, not individual results.

The Starting Point

A household with years of unorganised records

A family of four came to us with documents spread across multiple folders, boxes, and storage locations — no consistent system and no clear picture of what they held.

What We Did

Paperwork Organising Help session

Over two and a half hours, the family worked through the sorting and labelling process with our document support coordinator. A clear folder structure was agreed and put in place during the session.

The Outcome

A system the whole household uses

Four weeks after the session, the family reported that all household members were contributing to the filing system and that finding records had become noticeably faster. "We should have done this years ago."

The Starting Point

Conversations that kept stalling

A couple in their forties wanted to have clearer conversations about shared household responsibilities but found that discussions regularly became circular or tense.

What We Did

Step-by-Step Talk Workshop

Both attended the workshop together. The session introduced active listening frameworks and structured conversation techniques through worked examples relevant to everyday household situations.

The Outcome

More grounded household discussions

In their follow-up feedback two months later, the couple noted that they were now using the reference card structure before difficult topics came up. "It gave us a shared language."
